The shipping costs shown on the site do not include any potential customs clearance or Incoterms-related fees. If you select a destination country where such fees may apply, the shipping cost will be set individually and confirmed with you. For international shipping, the delivery time may be between 5 and 28 business days.

Shipping information:
- The shipping fee does not include carrying the goods up to a floor.
- If the parcel locker you selected is full at the time of dispatch, we will automatically redirect the parcel to the nearest available parcel locker (options: FOXPOST, Z-BOX, GLS AUTOMATA). You will of course be notified about this via one of the contact details you provided.
- Please provide a shipping address where you can receive the parcel. If the courier does not find anyone at the address, they will leave a notification. By calling the phone number on the notice, you can arrange a new time for the second delivery attempt.
- If the parcel cannot be delivered on the second attempt either, it will be returned to the Service Provider and the order will be cancelled.
Delivery time:
- For items in stock, domestic delivery takes up to 5 business days. The delivery time for international orders depends on the destination country and the length of the transit route.
Please, upon receiving the parcel, check the following in the presence of the courier:
- The packaging is undamaged.
- It contains the product you ordered.
- The invoice total matches the amount shown in the second confirmation email (“We have processed your order”).
- If you notice any issue, ask the courier to record a report.
